Most ERP systems doesn’t provide event management system but Ci3 offers easy-to-use event management system. We can plan and execute the events easily through the event management module through Ci3.
If you have never created Event Categories, you should first go to ‘Events’ > ‘Configuration’ > ‘Event Categories’ > ‘Create’ and specify event type by adding the details in the Event Category form.
After creating these categories, we can plan our events for these categories through ‘Events’ section. Click on ‘Create’ to open up the form. Here you can mention event name, organizer, start date, end date and so on. You can also schedule email notifications or reminder notifications from easy-to-use “Email Schedule” tab.
You can register attendees for each event by clicking on ‘Attendees’ button on the left menu from the event creation form. Also, you have an option to cancel or confirm the registration from the same form. When you confirm an attendee, you can give a badge to him with sending a confirmation email.
Ci3 event management module provides an efficient report analysis too. So that we can analyze the report by date, organizer, category, attendees, etc. Just head over to ‘Reporting’ section in ‘Events’ menu.
